Call to Order: Micah Austin, City Administrator 9:02
In Attendance: Cindy Donovan, Morgan Stewart, Micah Austin, Tracy Bono, Clarissa
Jones Absent: Sgt. John Miller
Minutes: October 9, 2024 -Passed
Citizen's Requests: None at this time
Street Division Updates: Eagle Bridge one-way modifications and the 17th
Street/Curlew traffic signal adjustments: Tracy - Eagle Dr at Salmon St will become
a one way going south. Concrete barriers will be placed at the bridge so traffic cannot
go north. Salmon St will become a one-way going south. Sawtooth St will become a
one way going north. The traffic signal at 17th St/ Curlew Dr will no longer have the
right turn option. Both lanes will be going east at the light. There will be plenty of
signage and the message boards will be put out in advance to let the public know of
the changes. Tracy will reach out to School Dist. 93 and make them aware of the
changes so they can alter bus routes.
Action Items: None at this time
Discussion Items:
1. The public discussed various topics relating to the City. Micah invited the
residents to our next Traffic Commission meeting to give us feedback on the
traffic pattern changes.
2. There is a BMPO meeting at the Bonneville County fairgrounds today at
noon. The public is welcome to attend. The BMPO will be discussing plans for
future growth and associated matters that will take us through to 2050.
3. Derald Ave's name is changed to Knight Way
