Citizen's Requests:
1. Morgan had a call from a resident who wanted a reflective sign at the dead end
of John Adams Pkwy. and a dead end/no outlet sign at the intersection of John
Adams Pkwy. and Midway Ave. for safety reasons. It was discussed. There has
been no history of accidents. No action.
2. Morgan had a call requesting a crosswalk on Blue Grass Ln. They did not
specify where. A discussion took place. Tracy brought up that there is a Safe
Route to School program.He will send Morgan more information on it.
Street Division Updates: Work as usual,
( Action Items:
1. Wally's Automotive would like to be able to have on -street parking on Midway
Ave (north of 17th St) - Action Item. After discussing it was agreed to deny the
request.
Discussion Items:
1. There is a problem with vehicle traffic driving across the walking path on 21st
St. Clarissa will talk with him. We can take care of signage to address the issue
this spring.
2. Perpendicular parking lines were painted in the Springstone Cir, cul de sac. No
action will be taken. Tracy says the lines will fade. Clarissa will make contact
with the resident, regarding the parking ordinance.
