Minutes: September 13, 2023 -Approved
Citizens' Requests: None at this time
Street Division Updates: Misc.-Next week we are working on 1st St. Continuing to work
on signs. The radar speed signs will be put up and then the speed bumps will be
installed on Eagle Dr. The speed bumps will be picked up for the winter when it needs
to be plowed. Check the artilleries coming into the Bridgewater subdivision for speed
signs.
Action Items:
1. Consideration of a No Parking sign on the west side of Ard Dr from Sunnyside
Rd to the Idaho Sod approach on Ard Dr. Motion Passed
2. Consideration of a Loading and Unloading Only sign on the east side of Ard Dr
from Sunnyside Rd to the approach to the fiber installation building. Motion
Passed
3. Consideration of a Stop sign on Hazen Dr/Judy St. One that came to Micah. At
this point not warranted. We can put a camera up to get data. Motion Passed
4. Consideration of a new speed limit sign on Judy St near Deer Valley. Motion
Passed
Discussion Items:
1. Traffic concerns on Eagle Dr- Speed bumps on Eagle Dr. Speed bumps on
Salmon St and Curlew Dr?
2. More speed signs on Chasewood Dr? It is not a speed issue it is a volume issue.
No signs
3. 25th St (Hitt Rd)/Taylorview Ln- The parking on Judy St is very bad. Let
Clarissa know when the No Parking signs are up.
4. Heidi Boyle- Clarissa's opinion on snow and plowing? The commission
discussed plowing, towing, no parking and time frames for such. It was decided
that November -March there should be no parking 0800-1700. The council will
talk about it Thursday.

wondering about signage and landscaping. Tracy- There will be grass next year.
