Call to Order: Micah Austin, City Administrator at 9:04 a.m.
In Attendance: Micah Austin, Cindy Donovan, Sgt. Kyle Fielding, Clarissa Mueller,
Tony Black (in for Tracy Bono), Ben Burke (Horrocks Engineering), Council Member

Minutes: March 8, 2023 -Approved
Citizens' Requests: None at this time
Street Division Updates: Tony -A lot of potholes citywide. They are a top priority. Cross
walk flashing beacon is up at Match Point/Tie Breaker. Tony reiterated the fact that
flashing lights and a cross walk does not make it safe.
The flashing lights on 21 St at Castelli/Rimrock will be put in when the pathway is
put in.
Action Items:
1. Horrocks -Results of the one-way streets study for Eagle Dr. -Ben Burke
presented all the data they collected for that area. He discussed the pros and
cons of one-way streets. Horrocks doesn't recommend one-way streets.
Discussion ensued with all who were present. All agreed to close the bridge on
Eagle for 2-3 weeks and then have a meeting with citizens. Different ways to
notify the public were discussed so there will be ample notification.
Cindy wants to get input from Keith Banda with the fire department.
2. Tie Breaker Dr -Change the speed from 35 to 25 mph -It is 25 mph. No action is
required.
Discussion Items:
1. Clarissa will reach out to Elite Health Care to educate them instead of giving
them a citation for having an employee park on the street during a snow event.
2. H. Boyle -received a letter from a citizen. There are concerns with speeding on
47th. Sgt. Fielding can put extra patrols on 47th. Roads are terrible due to
contractors. A discussion on 21st ensued. Signs don't really help. The over
grown weeds are on city property.

3. Clarissa- No Parking signs on Derrald? Eventually, it is marked but potholes
are the priority.
