Call to Order: Micah Austin, City Administrator 9:06

Citizen's Requests:
1. Michael Coats at 699 Katie Ct- During White Pine's release time on Wednesdays
at 1 p.m., they are still getting blocked in their driveway. Cars are grid locked
for 30-40 min. and backed up to Wimbledon Cir. It has gotten a little bit better
in the mornings for drop offs and in the afternoon for pick-ups. It is still
gridlock and the driveways are blocked before the bells ring however. Tracy and
Ron, from White Pines, have been in contact. Ron knows it is a major problem
and is working to remedy the situation. Tracy has given him some suggestions
on how to utilize their parking lot more efficiently. Tracy will speak with him
again. After the John Adam's Pkwy bridge is open, if cars are still stopping in
the road and blocking driveways, the sheriff's dept. will ticket them. Michael is
especially concerned about Wed. from 12:45 - 1:25 because it totally blocks
them in for a long time.
2. John Adams Pkwy and the big corner by White Pines Charter School- She is
concerned with kids crossing the street and the speeds. They are not using the
crosswalk. Tracy will put out a few more bike symbols on the street to hopefully
help make the corner safer. If cars park in the bike lane it will be enforceable.
As soon as the John Adams Pkwy bridge is open Tracy will get the speed trailer
out.
Street Division Updates: Eagle Dr/Derrald Ave -The roundabout should be done
sometime next week. People like that the RR tracks have been taken out on Sunnyside
Rd

Discussion Items:
Walgreens is getting the sidewalk fixed. The concrete divider where you can enter/exit
off of 17°i St into their parking lot was removed.

Eagle/Hillsdale area - Citizens are going to knock on doors to get signatures on a
petition to close the Eagle Dr bridge. They are going to appeal the decision that was
made to keep it open.
