NOTICE OF ADJOINING PROPERTY VARIANCE REQUEST
HEARING #2013-008V
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Ammon will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at
7:00 p.m. at the City Building, 2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho.
A variance to the Planning and Zoning Code of the City of Ammon has been
requested by the property owner listed below. The property owner is requesting
a variance to the required setback from a public street from the required thirty
(30) feet to twenty-four (24) feet and eight (8) inches. The included site plan
shows the area of request.
Records indicate the addressee is the property owner of property adjacent to the
property which this request involves.
The location of the property is located at the corner of Mathews Drive and
Ensign Drive. The property is on the west side of Ensign Drive and the
south side of Mathews Drive. The request is from Rockwell Development.
The property address is 4226 Mathews Drive and the legal description for
the property is Centennial Ranch, Division 15, Block 18, Lot 12.
The property is currently zoned R-2.
A copy of the letter of request for variance is enclosed with this notification.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the
City Council concerning the variance being requested for this property. At
said meeting all parties in interest and citizens of Ammon shall have an
opportunity to be heard in relation to all matters pertaining thereto.
This notice is given pursuant to Chapter 65, Title 67 of the Idaho Code.
