Planning Minutes 04/04/1995 . CITY OF AMMON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION April 4, 1995 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Mark Scrogham. It was held at the Ammon City Building located at 3270 Molen Street. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Dick Bybee. A. Finlinson, District 7 Health, 254 E Street Steve Marano, 4976 E. 49 S., Idaho Falls Merril Blake, 1149 E. 1250 N., Shelley Eric Davis, Cantlon Properties Paul Crabtree, Englewood, CO. . The minutes of March 7, 1995, were presented for approval. Jim Southwick motioned they be approved as written with Roger Stommel seconding the motion. Voting was unanimous. The motion carried. The first item of business was a plot plan presented by Steve Marano. The request was for permission to construct a building on property located directly East of 2510 E. 1st Street for the purpose of operating a daycare school. It was explained there was no sewer or water supplied to the property. Mr. Marano had obtained permits from District 7 to drill a well and install a sewer/septic system. He was further reminded that an agreement with the City was required. He was also informed the parking lot must be paved. Public Works Director Wadsworth stated the road should be paved at a minimum of thirty-two (32) feet. Benton agreed, stating dedicated widths of sixty (60) feet should be paved at forty (40) feet and fifty (50) feet widths paved at thirty-two (32) feet. Jim Southwick motioned to recommend to City Council approval of the presented plot plan of said property lying directly East of 2510 E. 1st Street, with the stipulation the access roadway off 1st Street be used for just this one building and not be dedicated to the City until such a time the entire property is platted. Kathy Dansie seconded the motion. Voting was unanimous. The motion carried. .
