The retail store would be built with E. 17th Street frontage with the distribution center behind the retail store. The business consists of the sale/distribution of television sets and audio/video appliances. Kevin Hungate asked if the sale was complete. Mr. Groberg stated there was an agreement. . The commission reviewed the plans for the site, which included the building permit plans for the retail store. The plans show a row of trees behind the Chambers Addition property which will act as a buffer.
