The first item of business was a request from Jay and Mark
Johnson to approve the changing from 4-plex apartments to market
them as condos or townhouses. The location of these apartments
now under construction are at 2625 S. Ammon Rd. After
discussion, a motion was called for. Ron Folsom motioned to
recommend to City Council to approve the change from 4-plexes to
condos/townhouses of Lots 8-12, Block 1, First Amended Plat of
Pony Acres Addition, Divison No.' "1 according to legal
requirements, as requested by Jay Johnson. Dick Bybee seconded
the motion. Voting was unanimous. The motion carried.
.
The second item of business was a request from Skidmore Inc.,
represented by Dick Skidmore, to change the plot plan of Lot 1,
Block 1, Fox Hollow Division No.1, for building #3 to have
access from 1st Street rather than Red Fox Drive. Mr. Skidmore
explained to the commission that Utah Power had agreed to
relocate the power box. This would make it possible for the
dri veway to access off of Red Fox Drive as previously planned,
however Mr. Skidmore asked that the commission make a motion to
clarify the issue. The commission agreed that originally they
had determined there were to be only two accesses onto 1st
Street, and they were still of that opinion. In view of the fact
Mr. Skidmore appears to have resolved the problem with Utah
Power, the commission still are of the same opinion.
