The minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting held
March 5, 1996, were presented for approval. Vice Chairman Roger
Stommel moved to approve the minutes of March 5, 1996, as
written, and the motion was seconded by Ron Folsom. The voting
was unanimous in favor. The motion carried.
The first item of business was a request presented by Garth
Cunningham of Mountain River Engineering for an Amended
Preliminary Plat of Fox Hollow Subdivision. The original
preliminary plat was approved prior to annexation and initial

increase the size of some of the lots. The request is for
preliminary plat approval subsequent to a proposal by the
developer for the Planning and Zoning Commission to conduct a
Public Hearing at the next meeting to consider annexation,
initial zoning, and final plat of Fox Hollow Division No.2.

Division No.2. A piece of Lot 23 Block 4 Division No. 1 has
