ITEMS OF BUSINESS~ The first item of business was discussion
of the Q~QQ2~~~ gQ~n~~ lQ~ Q~~iD~ngQ. The ordinance per'tain-
ing to fences was brou~ht into question by Tye TOMchak, how-
ever it was concluded the ordinance clarification now being
wortted on addressed structures rather than fences, shrubs,
etc.. Kathy De.\"nsie wcq'".dered if ~ "'Jr.i.tt~~y'l pc.licy c.'r iY"..te't...p....'e-
tat ion would suffice. Brian Taylor and .James Southwick ex-
pressed dissatisfac~ion with that, feeling it wO~lld not be
legally enforceable. It was tt,en suggested by Mr. Tomchak,
zoning administrator, that the clarifica'tion be written in
such a way that a resident have full use of his rear lot
according to his immediate neighbor's lo'b usage. Mr. Tomchak
informed the commission he would s(~on be atte~ding a meeting
a.t which he might be able to'secure additional information as
to ho~~ other c~rnrnunities address the corner lot ~set backs and
the rea..... and side ya1~d set backs.
ChairMaY"1 Dansie as~~ed Mr. S~luthwick if he would come up
with i:\ wr:~tte"(l fCty'm. HE? ag"r"e~:~d..
