The Commission reviewed the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
held May 4, 1999. Councilman Ira Hall corrected his report regarding the sewer discussion.
The minutes should read: "There was discussion about the sewer in connection with the City of
Idaho Falls on the north end of the City of Ammon. They also discussed extension of the sewer
pressure line to serve Centennial Ranch and east of the railroad tracks down to where it needs to
hook in at the end of the Karford property." Greg Maeser pointed out that the word "sub" should
be changed to "stub" on page 2, paragraph 7, on line 13. Karen Anderson brought to the
attention of the Commission that there was an error in her motion. She wanted a correction in
the motion on the last line of page 2 to read "travel trailer courts" rather than "mobile home
courts." Tom recommended some wording changes. Change "each" to "an" on page 3,
paragraph 3 on line 4. On page 3, paragraph 3, on lines 7 and 8 change "sideyard shall be a
minimum of20 ft" to "setback of not less than 20 ft is permitted on the side street."
Dick Bybee moved to approve the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
held May 4, 1999, as corrected. Ron Folsom seconded the motion. Voting was unanimous in
favor.
City Councilman Ira Hall reported to the Commission on the City Council Meeting. The sewer
line was resolved as far as Centennial Ranch. Iona Bonneville Sewer District will run a pressure
. line to the lift station, which is just on the comer of Centennial Ranch and 17'h Street. City of
