PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
August 3, 1999
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kevin Murray at 6:30 p.m. in the City
Building at 2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho.

Ron Folsom led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
The minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held July 6, 1999, were
reviewed. Karen Anderson recommended some corrections. On page 6 in the last paragraph, the
first sentence should be completed to read "in an R-2 Zone." Also, the last sentence on page 6
needs clarification. The sentence should read "access would be only temporary off First Street."
The last paragraph on the last page should read, "Councilman Ira Hall brought up the
Comprehensive Plan and he said that he would firm that up in the next few days."
Karen Anderson moved to approve the minutes of July 6, 1999, as corrected. Ron Folsom
seconded the motion. Voting was unanimous in favor to approve the minutes as corrected.
Chairman Murray was unable to attend the last meeting of the Bonneville County Planning and
Zoning. Therefore, there was no report on County activities.
Councilman Ira K. Hall reported that the City Council approved extending a waterline on
East 17th Street from Ammon Road to Centennial Ranch. Original plans were to connect with
