CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
SPECIAL SESSION
THURSDA Y, SEPTEMBER 29, 2005
The meeting was called to order by Council President Lee Bean at 5: 15 p.m. in the City Building, 2135 South
Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho, with the following City Officials present:
Councilmember W. Lee Bean
Councilmember Karen Y. Anderson
Councilmember Randy Waite
Councilmember Rex Thompson
City Administrator Bruce Rose
City Planning Director Ron Folsom
City Clerk/Treasurer Diane Gempler
City Officials absent:
Mayor C. Bruce Ard
City Attorney Scott Hall
City Engineer Bill Manwill
FY2006 LAW ENFORCEMENT CONTRACT: Karen Anderson reported on a meeting with herself,
Councilmember Thompson and Sheriffs department representatives and, a letter received from the Sheriff regarding
the FY2006 Law Enforcement Contract.
The Council discussed the proposed contract.
Councilmember Anderson motioned to approve the contract and authorize Council President Lee Bean to
sign the FY2006 Law Enforcement Contract. Council member Thompson seconded. Roll call vote:
Councilmember Anderson - Yes, Councilmember Thompson - Yes, Councilmember Waite - Yes, Councilmember
Bean - Yes. The motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
