The goal of the Access Management Plan is to provide consistent and effective access management policies within the metropolitan area and outlines the concepts of access management and sets forth basic policy, planning, design guidelines, and implementation. It shall be the policy of the City of Ammon to follow the plan and its guidelines whenever possible when new development or in cases that would require changes to existing accesses within the City. This policy has been adopted by resolution of the City Council.
