Council Minutes 03/20/1962 I tn c.c Cf: ....... - Q: c:: I I 23 City ot Ammon Special Meeting Tuesday, March 20, 1962 Meeting commenced at 7;30 p.m. Members present: Councilmen Roland Romrell, Harold Loveland and DeVon Hammer. City Clerk Demont E. Ricks. Meeting called to open bids for regular gas delivered bulk to tank at the County store house in Ammon, to be used in the city truck also included cleaning of tank and repairing pump. Bids were submitted as follows: Continental Oil, tank repair no charge-gasoline 26.7 per gallon. American Oil, tank repair, no charge --gasline 25.-:, Ray Groth Oil, tank repair, no sharge -gas~e 26.7 per gallon. Texaco Oil, tank repair, $100.00 -gasoline 21.7 per gallon. Sinclair Oil Co., tank repair, no charge-gasoline 23.6 per gallon. It was the decision of the City Council to accept the Sinclair Oil Co. bid of 23.6 cents per gallon and no charge tor cleaning tank and repairing pump. It would be cheaper than Texaco Co. The Council also agreed that the water will be shut off immediatly for all 'patrons in arrears on water and garbage. Meeting adjourned at g:15 p.m. Approv~~/ %%~
