CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Steven Fuhriman opened the meeting at 4:35 p.m. at the City Hall building located at 2135 South
Ammon Road.
Councilmember Kirkham moved to approve the special meeting. Councilmember Thompson seconded. Roll Call Vote:
Councilmember Kirkham – Yes, Councilmember Thompson – Yes, Councilmember Christensen – Yes, and Councilmember Coletti –
Yes. The motion passed. KTBC
EXECUTIVE SESSION: 67-2345 (1-B):
Councilmember Kirkham moved the Council into executive session pursuant to Idaho
Code 67-2345 (1-b), Personnel at 4:36 p.m. Councilmember Thompson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Councilmember Kirkham – Yes,
Councilmember Thompson – Yes, Councilmember Christensen – Yes, and Councilmember Coletti – Yes. The motion passed.
The Regular Session resumed at 4:53 p.m.

Councilmember Thompson moved to approve the Accounts Payable, as presented.

DISCUSSION ITEMS:

Discussion ensued regarding the lack of items for the next two Council meetings, and the possibility of cancelling
thth
the meetings for December 6 and December 13. Councilmember Thompson asked if cancelling the meetings would affect the
accounts payable. Jennifer said that she would pay any time sensitive invoices.
Councilmember Christensen moved to adjourn. Councilmember Thompson seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote:
Councilmember Christensen – Yes, Councilmember Thompson – Yes, Councilmember Kirkham – Yes, and Councilmember Coletti –
Yes. The motion passed.
