Minutes of regular meeting of Mayor and City Council Bonneville, Idaho
held August 14, 1967 - 8:00 o'clock P. M.

The Mayor and Council of the City of Ammon, Bonneville County, Idaho
met in regular meeting at the City Hall in Ammon, Idaho on a\ugust 14,
1967 at 8: 00 0' clock p. m., there being present upon roll call, the
following menbers of the Council, constituting a quorum and being a maj-
ority of the Council, to-wit:
Melvin Richardson, Mayor
George Wehmann, Councilman
Keith Brown, Councilman
Leo Heer, Councilman
Roy Southwick, Councilman
Dermont Ricks, Clerk
The following relolution ~s introduced and at the direction of the
Mayor ~s read in full by the Clerk.

WHEREAS, the issuance of interim warrants to produce immediate funds
to defray the costs and expense of improvements to be made in Local I
Improvement District No. 3 has been authorized; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has agreed to accept said warrants as payment
upon the contract price; and

WHEREAS, said claims have been approved for payment by David Benton,
Engineer for said City, and said claims have been filed in the City Clerk's
Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council and Mayor of the
City of Ammon:
1. That the following warrants which bear interest at the rate or 5
percent per annum shall be. and hereby authorized to be drawn against
the Local Inprovement District fund of Local Improvement District No.3
fo which fund reference shall be made on the face of said warrants.
That said warrants shall be payable to the claimants in the amounts as
set forth in said claims and that the proper officers of the City of Ammon,
Idaho, are hereby authorized fKi to execute and deliver said warrants
to said claimants.
