The Hayor and City Council of the City of Ammon" Bonneville
County, Idaho, met in special session at the City Hall in the

City of Ammon, Idaho" on September 30, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock
P.M. there being present upon roll call the following members
of the Council, constituting a quorum and being a majority of
the Council, to-wit:

Also present were Jesse Bunnell, Clerk~ and Dave Benton, Engineer
The Mayor announced that this was the time for the public
hearing of objections to the Assessement Roll for Local Improvement
District No. 4 in accordance with the notice published in The
Post-Register., the official newspaper of said City, which was

published September 18, 19 20, 1968; that the Council by
resolution in its meeting of September 16~ 1968, directed the
City Clerk to give notice of the time to file obgections to the
Assessement Roll; that the Clerk has made satisfactmry pro~f of
the giving of such notice by filing the Affidavit of Publication
publishing the Notice to file objections to the Assessement Roll
of Local Improvement District No. 4 which Affidavit of Publication
is now on file in the office of the City Clerk; that the Clerk
further caused a copy of the Notice to file objections to the
Assessement Roll to be mailed to each property owner as listed
on the Assessement Roll to the Address therein provided; that the
Clerk filed an Affidavit of Hailing a copy of the Notice to file

objections to the Assess.ent Roll to each of said property owners
to which was attached and included a notice of the amonnt of
assessment against such property together wmth a description of
the property so assessed. That such affidavit is on file in the
office of the City Clerk; that th~ time for hearing objections
