MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMMON, BONNEVILLE
COUNTY, IDAHO, HELD ON NOVEMBER 21, 1968,
AT 8:00 O'CLOCK P. M.
The Mayor and Council of the City of Ammon, Bonneville
County, Idaho, met in a special meeting at the regular
meeting place in the City Hall in Ammon., Idaho, on November
21, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock p.m., there being present upon
roll call the following members of the Council, constituting
a quorum and being a majority of the Council,

Thereupon, at the request of the Mayor, the Clerk read
the following resolution:
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council, following due
notice given, held a hearing on the objections to the
assessment roll in L.I.D. No.4 of the City of Ammon,
Bonneville County, Idaho, which hearing was held at 8:00
o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of September, 1968, and
WHEREAS, said assessment roll was confirmed by
resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Ammon, Bonneville County, Idaho, affixing the assessments
upon the properties and lands described in accordance with
benefits received thereby at the sum of $25,653.90; and
WHEREAS, said improvements of Local Improvement District
No. 4 of the City of Ammon, Idaho, have been accepted and
completed with the recommendation of the engineer of the
said City; and
WHEREAS, due notice has been given of the payment of
assessments on Local Improvement District No. 4 by publication
in The post-Register, the official newspaper of said City, and
by mailing to each of the persons in whose name said assessments
