Seconded by Councilman Swense . Voting all in favor; motion carried. Turnbow, Councilman Lynn C. Richardson, Councilman Gerald B. Councilman Russell N. Swensen, Enginee'rs David E. Benton, and Larry Councilman Marvin J. Anderson arrived at 9:55 P. M. urnbow announced the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the proposed fact regard to the proposed water and sewer project which will be distributed at ting on Tuesday, June 27, 1972. Counci an Richardson reported that he had contacted Engineer Larry Perkins in regard 0 a question from a citizen concerning the 'project. Larry Perkins reported that th questions presented by interested citizens were as follows: 1. Wh will the hook-up fee be after initial project? 2. Wil the funds collected by the City be dedicated to a special fund for repayment of the loa or operation of the system? 3. Wh t will be the charges for hook-up and service outside the city? A disc sion was held on the various questions raised above.
