Mayor Bruce Ard at 7:30 p.m.

MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by Councilmember Bean at 7:30 p.m. in the City Building, 2135 South Ammon
Road, Ammon, Idaho, with the following City Officials present:

Councilmember Lee Bean
Councilmember Rex Thompson
Councilmember Randy Waite
City Clerk Leslie Folsom
City Officials Absent:
Mayor Bruce Ard
Councilmember Dana Kirkham
City Administrator Bruce Rose
City Engineer Lance Bates
City Planning Director Ron Folsom
City Attorney Scott Hall
DISCUSSION ITEMS
:
1. Canvassing Election Results:
City Clerk Leslie Folsom gave each Council member a copy the Ammon
General Municipal Election Results.
Lee Bean Seat 1 861 votes
Rex Thompson Seat 3 942 votes
Brian Powell Seat 5 464 votes
D. Ray Ellis Seat 6 608 votes
Leslie stated they need to look them over and if they are acceptable, we will need a motion to accept them.
She explained after a motion has been made and passed, then Council will sign them.
Councilmember Waite motioned to accept the Ammon General Municipal Election Results for November

6 as presented. Councilmember Thompson seconded. Roll call vote: Councilmember Waite – Yes,
Councilmember Thompson – Yes, and Councilmember Bean – Yes. The motion passed.
Leslie Folsom had each Councilmember sign the results.
Councilmember Waite motioned to adjourn. Councilmember Thompson seconded. Roll call vote:
Councilmember Waite – Yes, Councilmember Thompson – Yes, and Councilmember Bean – Yes. The motion
passed.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
