CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Steven Fuhriman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. He advised the
Council the prayer and pledge of allegiance will occur at 7:00 with the regular meeting.
Mayor Fuhriman said they didn’t have anything from the employee or his attorney, since neither party was
present. The Mayor suggested moving into the executive session. Leslie said they actually didn’t need to move
into executive session, since the parties were not present. She had spoken with John Adams wife and she said John
wouldn’t be at the meeting. Councilmember Kirkham asked Leslie what he was sentenced to. Leslie said 2 years
fixed and 7 years indeterminate. Leslie said we had to have the meeting in case someone showed up. Scott said we
still have to go into executive session, since there is an appeal petition.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
1. Personnel Evaluations - Idaho Code 67-2345 (1-b):
Councilmember Kirkham motioned to move into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2345
(1-b) for personnel reasons. Councilmember Powell seconded. Roll Call Vote: Councilmember Kirkham – Yes,
Councilmember Powell – Yes, Councilmember Slack – Yes, Councilmember Coletti – Yes, and Councilmember
Thompson – Yes. The motion passed.
The meeting adjourned into executive session at 6:40 p.m.
WORK SESSION:
1. Misc.:
No work session occurred, since the executive session lasted until the regular session meeting time.
