<br />CHAPTER 5 <br /> <br />PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY <br /> <br />SECTION: <br /> <br />9-5-1: Parking on Private Property <br />9-5-2: Use Must Comply with All City Codes <br />9-5-3: Penalty <br /> <br /> <br />9-5-1: PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY: Any person who parks or leaves, <br />including the owner of any unattended motor vehicle upon any private property of <br />another, without the consent of the owner or person thereof, is guilty of an infraction. <br /> <br /> <br />9-5-2: USE MUST COMPLY WITH ALL CITY CODES: No person owning <br />private property within the City shall give permission for an individual or business to park <br />a motor vehicle on private property for a purpose that is not allowed within the City or <br />within the zone designation of the City Code. Any person in violation of this section is <br />guilty of an infraction. <br /> <br /> <br />9-5-3: PENALTY: Any violation of the provisions of this chapter or order issued <br />hereunder shall be deemed an infraction and shall be subject to penalties prescribed for <br />such violations under section 1-4-2 of this code, subject to the provisions of Idaho Code <br />18-111 and 18-113A. Each day of the violation shall be considered a separate offense <br />and shall be punishable by separate fines as provided for herein. <br /> <br /> <br />Title 9, Chapter 5 Page 1 of 1 Revised 7-12-2018 <br /> <br /> <br />
