CHAPTER 10 Title 9 Objects at Motor Vehicles CHAPTER 10 THROWING, FIRING, PROPELLING, OR DISCHARGING OF ANY OBJECTS AT MOTOR VEHICLES SECTION: 9-10-1: Throwing, Firing, Propelling, or Discharging of Any Objects at Motor Vehicles 9-10-2: Penalty 9-10-1: THROWING, FIRING, PROPELLING, OR DISCHARGING OF ANY OBJECTS AT MOTOR VEHICLES: It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, fire, propel, or discharge, or cause or permit to be thrown, fired, propelled, or discharged any object, material, or substance at any motor vehicle which is likely to be disruptive to vehicular traffic or which is likely to cause damage or injury to property or persons. 9-10-2: PENALTY: Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed an infraction and shall be subject to penalties prescribed for such violations under section 1-4-2 of this code, subject to the provisions of Idaho Code 18-111 and 18-113A.
