<br />CHAPTER 10 <br /> <br />THROWING, FIRING, PROPELLING, OR DISCHARGING <br />OF ANY OBJECTS AT MOTOR VEHICLES <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION: <br /> <br />9-10-1: Throwing, Firing, Propelling, or Discharging of Any Objects at Motor Vehicles <br />9-10-2: Penalty <br /> <br /> <br />9-10-1: THROWING, FIRING, PROPELLING, OR DISCHARGING OF ANY OBJECTS <br />AT MOTOR VEHICLES: It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, fire, propel, or discharge, <br />or cause or permit to be thrown, fired, propelled, or discharged any object, material, or <br />substance at any motor vehicle which is likely to be disruptive to vehicular traffic or which is <br />likely to cause damage or injury to property or persons. <br /> <br /> <br />9-10-2: PENALTY: Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed an <br />infraction and shall be subject to penalties prescribed for such violations under section 1-4-2 of <br />this code, subject to the provisions of Idaho Code 18-111 and 18-113A.
